Under Serial Storage Wire’s licensing programs, Serial Storage Wire typically grants a non-exclusive license to some or all of Serial Storage Wire’s patents in exchange for royalty payments. Where appropriate, Serial Storage Wire may also receive a license to selected patents held by the licensee. Subject to negotiation, a license to these patents may also include rights to Serial Storage Wire’s technical know-how or other Serial Storage Wire intellectual property.
